SMS Program Description

HustlBook sends transactional SMS notifications related to service bookings. Messages may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, booking requests, schedule updates, cancellations, customer service communications, and account-related notifications.

Optional Opt-In

Users may optionally opt in to receive SMS messages by providing their phone number and checking an unchecked optional SMS consent checkbox on a HustlBook booking page, account registration form, request access form, or other consent mechanism.

SMS consent is not required as a condition of requesting access, purchasing services, completing a transaction, or using HustlBook.
